Find Rest for Your Soul through the Saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
Become a Born Again Christian

Behold I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me, (Revelation 3:20).

Receive Jesus As Your Lord and Savior

Confessing to God that you are a sinner and believing that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins on the cross - and was raised for your justification, is the first step to receiving Him as your Lord and Savior.

Scripture states, if you confess with your mouth that you believe in the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, then you will be saved, (Romans 10:9).

Confessing what you believe is an important step. You must confess what you believe.

Ask for Forgiveness

1 John 1:9 tells us that if we confess our sins, God will forgive us.

-
Psalm 103:12 says that as far as the east is from the west, that is how far God will remove our sin from us.
-
Micah 7:19 describes God’s compassion and how sins are so far removed from God that it is as though they are hurled into the depths of the sea.
-
Isaiah 43:25 refers to our sins being gone and blotted out by God.

When we come to God to ask for forgiveness, we do not have to be afraid of rejection or judgment. As Christians, Jesus has already paid for our sins through his death and resurrection (1 Peter 2:24).

Hear and Believe

Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life, (John 5:24).

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name, (John 20:31).
We are All Sinners

For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:23).

As it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one, (Romans 3:10).

God’s Remedy for our Sin

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord, (Romans 6:23).

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become the children of God, even to those who believe in His name, (John 1:12).

Christ Died for You and Me

For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, (1 Corinthians 15:3).
Pray Aloud With Me
Heavenly Father,
I believe you died on the cross for my sins and you rose again triumphant over sin and death through God’s mighty power. I want to change my life today and accept you as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive all my sins and enter my heart today. Show me what to do next and help me pursue a new life through your Holy Spirit.

In Your Precious Name,

Amen
